The SABRE™ Ranger 5000 is a compact all-IP, Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN) Machine-to-Machine (M2M) satellite terminal that provides reliable and secure IP data connectivity over the Inmarsat satellite network for IP SCADA and M2M applications.
The terminal is housed in an IP66 rated ruggedised enclosure designed to withstand all types of weather conditions. An optional mounting bracket made of stainless steel is available and is designed to make the unit easy to set up and facilitate effortless antenna pointing for outdoor configuration.
The SABRE™ Ranger 5000 also includes a host of legacy device interfaces, with built-in GPIOs, analog input port, RS232 and Ethernet ports.
